Ray Meyer Medal for Excellence in Student Design 2009
The 2008 final year project team “Power Blade Instrumented Kayak Paddle” were presented with this prestigious award at the recent IPENZ awards dinner. The winning team consisted of Kim Hedley, Samuel Horgan and Mathew Pottinger and were supervised by David Aitchison, with industry mentor Richard Young from SPARC.
